Digital Project Manager

I am looking for disciplined mid-senior Project Managers, to work closely with Account leads and take accountability for managing project resources against budgets, schedules and deadlines. I have some opportunities to discuss with you if you are interested.


  • Planning and managing project resources and activities to ensure project objectives are delivered against budget, scope and timing constraints.
  • Approaching campaigns/projects from a strategic, financial, commercial, analytical and technical perspective.
  • Working across a variety of digital platforms, including Web Design, Social Media and Mobile.
  • Working with Account leads to define project scope, feasibility, costing/quotes and planning.
  • Producing accurate, timely and functional project plans and scope change documents for each project, in response to client briefs and objectives.
  • Conducting project risk assessments and define mitigation strategies.
  • Managing the execution of multiple fast-moving campaigns by managing workflow in both internal production studios and external vendors, against agreed budgets and timing.
  • Building and maintaining evolving schedules from creative development through production.
  • Managing the financials of individual projects and be accountable for delivery of project on budget.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for project delivery, drafting and delivering project communications, and proactively keeping teams informed through daily status documents, and status and scoping meetings.
  • Identifying and resolving project issues.
  • Managing all stakeholder expectations against spec and budget, as well as managing stakeholder conflict where required.
  • Helping the Account lead in managing the profitability by project.
  • Maintaining strict project documentation and archiving.


  • At least 3 - 5 years exposure applying formal project management methodology in an advertising or marketing environment, across the full range of online tactics.
  • A proven history of successfully motivating and driving others towards goals will be advantageous. You'll need a solid understanding of the big picture of digital, with particular focus on project forecasting, planning and cost, a working understanding of web technology, and the confidence to present on them.
