Conversation Agent

at Recruit Digital in Cape Town

Are you driven by sales and hitting targets?

Are you able to work in a fast and high pressurised environment surviving on red bulls and coffee?

My client is looking for a driven Conversion Agent to join their exciting, hardworking, fun environment based in Century City. This position requires one to work weekly rotational shifts of 09h00 - 18h00 or 12h00 - 21h00.

You will be responsible for:


  • Converting data (leads) into activations and assisting potential clients.
  • Manage data (leads) received
  • Initiate first contact with potential clients and convert lead into activations
  • Ensure responsible trading and compliance with all regulations and company policies
  • Provide training to clients on using the Company platform and deposit process
  • Successfully present products by using effective sales and persuasion skills in addition to solid product knowledge and compliance regulations
  • Ensure all information on new activations is completed accurately for Account managers
  • Ensure flow of new business to the retention department
  • Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties as prescribed by Management

Skills, Abilities and Competencies:


  • Target driven
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
  • Good listening and persuasion skills
  • Computer literacy

Requirements:


  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 2 years' experience in a sales role
